FreshChores is a simple task-management tool designed to help individuals, households, and small groups share and complete chores with less stress. We provide an easy, minimal-friction way to surface tasks, track completion, and share responsibilities among group members.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use the Services. If you are using FreshChores on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Group Spaces

FreshChores allows users to join or create shared groups (e.g., households, teams, offices). By joining a group:

• You understand that other members may see tasks, completions, skips, and related activity.
• Group owners/managers may add or remove members at their discretion.
• Please only join groups where you have permission to share information with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or access data you do not have permission to access
• Upload abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

FreshChores may offer paid plans in the future. If you subscribe:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law

If the app currently offers only a free plan, this section still applies once paid features launch.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to FreshChores, including software, design, branding, and content. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.

Any feedback you provide may be used by FreshChores freely without obligation to you.
